I thought I would start a thread that shows the progress of Norman's largest mixed-use development currently under construction. At the corner of 12th and Lindsey, the development will include three 4 story buildings with retail space at the ground level and loft apartments above, all with balconies. Behind the buildings (which will front 12th Street) will be 42 townhomes. The corner site is still for sale and will probably end up being either a pharmacy or a coffee shop.
