Katy Trail

Anyone ever bike or run this trail? It's about the only one in OKC that I haven't been on, but given that it is in the trees a lot and that it goes through some fairly rough industrial areas, I wondered if anyone had any insight on it. OK to run there?

I have done both, bike and run. I prefer to bike it, mainly because no real services around and it's easier to bike with lots of water than run with lots of water. It's a nice trail, especially if you live close to it.
