NW corner of SW 44th and MacArthur

I left work today and saw where they're clearing out a lot of trees near the NW corner of SW 44th and MacArthur right by the curve in Airport Road. Any idea what's going in here, if anything?

This was purchased by the same Tulsa developer who did the built-to-suit for the Amazon Sortation Facility.

I had pulled the building permit some time ago and it looks like some sort of spec warehouse facility.

That's cool. I thought this was a plot of land that would go undeveloped for the foreseeable future due to it's odd shape and being up against Airport Road. I do like to see development being squeezed into every available plot of land.
