Thomas Rossiter has passed away...

I am sad to say that Thomas Rossiter, banker and friend has succumbed to brain cancer he was diagnosed with in March of this year. It was a very aggressive form of brain cancer. Thomas had surgery on March 22nd and it came back pretty quickly thereafter. He was a commercial loan officer with First Fidelity Bank, did the TIF financing portion of the Sunshine cleaners building and partnered with several other guys to redevelop the Owl Court property on Britton, east of Western. He was a great man, a great dad, a scout, a developer and a good friend.

Always had a genuine smile and a friendly word. Smart, inquisitive, entusuatic. Super sad news and a big loss for the development community and by extension the city.
