Saw a sign on the window of a former bookstore when we went to Modern Liquor the other day. It's apparently a new retail location at 3012 N Penn for Space 20th Century Modern.

Yes, that was the location of 30 Penn Books, whose owner, Kelly Hays, was murdered there in September of last year. A great guy and a huge loss for books lovers. He could talk books, really talk about anything, for hours. I still miss him. It's great to see the space being used again. Good luck to Space@3012.
