Earth moving west of TownPlace Suites on 15th

Just drove by the TownPlace suites on SW 15th just west of Meridian and it looks like they're starting earth moving just to the west of the hotel. Any ideas?

4-story Avid Hotel.

Should be very similar to the Avid going up next to Quail Springs Mall:

I was hoping it would be something other than another hotel, but it's kind of cool looking. That corridor along 15th both east and west of Meridian should be prime for development of both retail and restaurants with all the hotels and businesses in the area.
