    Northeast OKC Homewood Suites

Building permits (bldc-2017-03314, bldc-2017-03315) have been submitted for a hotel complex at I-35 and N.E. 50th. It appears that at one of the buildings may be 151 feet in height.

That's the Adventure District exit, correct? They've had signs there trying to sell a couple of plots of land for hotel use for about a decade. I've always thought if they could just get SOMETHING built on I-35 there that that would get the ball rolling for really starting up a re-revitilazation of that area.

I've had these plans for a while and keep forgetting to post them.

Nice to see the NE side get some love.

    It's a 5-story Homewood Suites.

Anything new on this? Haven't noticed much work on the site.

They never followed up on their building permit application.

    I think it's dead.
