Old Hemispheres Site on NW Expressway

About 2-3 weeks ago, the old Hemispheres building on NW Expressway and Cherokee Plaza Drive was demolished. Yesterday, I noticed that maker stakes were now positioned in various locations around the pad where the building once stood. Does anyone know what is being planned for that location? I'm guessing a hotel, but I have no info to support my guess.

Used to be out in front of the pizza place just west of Hertz, but I'm not sure if it was called Sinbad's after it was Taj, but it was definitely a Mediterranean place. Can't remember what it is now, I think they demolished the bldg, though.
