    Its a joke that the lambeua leap is allowed. But if a Dallas cowboy did it, they would get fined and a penalty

    Well, Duh. A Touchdown Celebration without a touchdown deserves a fine and a penalty.

    If you can't see why then I can't help you. It's celebrations that draw attention upon one person that are being penalized. The leap involves the fans and they love it, so it's not penalized. Not even if you're Cowboys did it.
