Definitely agree with the parking garage. Demo the current court house and council chambers and move them into a completely new City Hall in place of the old police station. Then in place of the building on the NE corner of 1st and Littler, build a three level parking garage in a style which augments the PSC, new City Hall, and downtown in general. This places the parking garage in a spot connecting the older established area to the west with the new expansion to the east.
