Park and Ride

Noticed that the rebuilt Turner Turnpike gate at[H][/H] Wellston has, in addition to lighting and a longer merge lane, a fancy new Park and Ride lot. This one and the I-35/122nd lot are the only ones I know of.

Anyone use these or know someone who does? I know a lot of people used the old McDonalds parking lot in Wellston as an unofficial commuter lot.

Would love to see a park and ride at Broadway Extension and Memorial or 122nd

It always used to bring a smile to my lips to drop my husband off at the "Kiss and ride" area when he had to catch the Metro in DC. Not exactly the same at a park and ride but much sweeter.
