That two people can look at the exact same thing and see something totally different.
I've learned that it is very important not to sweat the small stuff--without forgetting the details--and to have the wisdom to know the difference.
I've also learned that preparing and sharing good food, is one of the best investments of time, money and talent one can make.
(remember that: "This I Believe" thing on NPR or PBS a few years ago?)

...a few people get what they pay for, most get less than they pay for, and almost no one gets more than they pay for.
Some people can readily make one want to scream and throw bricks, but whether one actually does, well, that's a personal decision. Don't lay it off on the instigator.
