GaWC - The World According to GaWC 2012

Tulsa is still on the list but Oklahoma City is not. I wonder if its OKC's overall closeness and dependence on Dallas that keeps it off the list or if its something else? I know this list doesn't really mean anything, but I still think its a good list to use to see what cities compare.
