Oklahoma City AM Anchor Signs Off - TVSpy

KOCO morning anchor Maggie Stokes signed off from the Oklahoma City ABC affiliate this morning.

“It’s a sad day for us here at KOCO five news,” said Wendell Edwards. “We have to say goodbye to my TV wife here my co-anchor Maggie Stokes who’s leaving to get married,”

Stokes is moving to Florida to be with her fiancee, former KOCO anchor and current WSVN reporter, Brandon Beyer.

Before joining the station in December 2009 as weekday traffic reporter, Stokes worked at KOTV in Tulsa, OK. She started her career in Denison, TX.

I really liked her. She was one of the few morning anchors who could manage to look awake and sound awake during the early morning newscasts.
