Yeah, I am pretty sure a 300 unit or so apartment complex is going to be built there.

I'd bank on an extension of the neighborhood to the east. If there were a 300 unit apartment being planned, even outside of the central core of Downtown OKC, we would have been discussing it a long time ago on this site.
