Quick Question: What is the "View Forum Leaders"?

What is it and why doesn't it work? It brings up this message
''Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 313524224) (tried to allocate 80 bytes) in /home/oklahoma/public_html/vb/cache/db.php on line 109''.

I'm guessing it has to do with whoever posts the most or who has the most authority on the site(ie. Pete and MMM). Just curious, not really a big deal. I'm just nosy and like to know about small stuff like that If anyone knows though, thanks in advance!

I've often wondered this myself and each time have received the same message.
