Drove past there today. Land is all cleaned out. Looks like something is ready to be built there or are the redoing exits to I-40. It's on the South side of NW 10th and North of I-40

ODOT has a sign up offering the land for sale....probably part of the I-40 easement. They probably are going to use it for a temporary batch plant during the reconstuction.

They have been moving dirt for awhile, not sure what's going in there.
