West of POPS Restaurant on Route 66 - what is being built?

Does anyone know what is being built west of POPS on route 66, north side of 66?

There's a gc out there (miller tippens) and looks like dirt work has been done (substantial) as well as a building pad.

I actually posted about that a while back. I didn't know it was going to be this far out there.

I think that's just the beginning of development out here. The City has expanded to the north, south and west. East will be the next direction.

Aubrey McClendon owns most of the Route 66 frontage through Arcadia. It's just a matter of time before it gets developed.
