    Not sure if this is a good list or a bad list. I would rather see Okc on the list of top up and coming cities, especially the list of wage or income increase cities. Not always a fan of the cheapest place to live list.

    Based on the criteria that the article shows that they use in determining the rankings, I'd say it was a good thing. It's not just a "cheapest" list.
