New Construction at 36th and Tecumseh

Does anyone know what is going in between the new CVS and Sonic at 36th and Tecumseh. They have been doing foundation and plumming work on a new building.

I do believe there's a large PUD going in somewhere in that area.. but it might be on the EAST side of 36th.

They are developing the whole southeast corner of 36th and Tecumseh. This particular building is small and with all of the plumbing, I'm thinking it might be some sort of fast food restaurant.

It's not new, but there's been a passle of development go in that wasn't there just 10-12 years back, and a lot has opened within the last six years. You likely hear it so often now due to cars folks like the Bob Moore group having set up new retail outlets north of Tecumseh Road nd W of I-35. Few in OK do media buys like the car folks do, and the Bob Moore group is no exception.

You mean just because there has been a big intersection on I35 on the North side of Norman saying Tecumseh Road exit for years? Maybe I am trying to be a bit snide but not in a bad way. LOL
