fried green tomatoes

can anyone suggest some good places to get good fried green tomatoes? i recently tried them, and even though i hate tomatoes, i'm loving these things. but the ones i've been eating are the pre-breaded, frozen style. out of a bag.

so i was curious if there were any places to get some good southern style fried green tomaters.

I am just the opposite. Love a good tomato but not too fond of fried green tomatoes. However, I had a bite of one at the Sage Cafe and thought it was really good. If you haven't been there, and I do encourage everyone to go just for the Mac and Cheese!!, it is located at 228 NE 2nd in the Deep Deuce.

The only places I can remember ordering it was at Red Prime and Sage. Sage is hit or miss though and their food tends to be on the bland side, but the first time I had their fried green tomatoes they were outstanding, the second time they were very bland and not near the same.
