I hate trying to use regular hotdog buns for bratwurst. Where can I find a decent bun? I've bought the ones from Brown's Bakery, but they can be hit or miss to have them in stock.

Try Ingrid's Kitchen, NW 36th & Youngs. They are a bakery as well as a great German deli.
