I'm glad it got caught on camera, because it shows two problems. First off is how the troopers themselves think violence is acceptable against prone victims who have already surrendered and had a gun to their back, second is how the brass above again condones such action by acting like it's not a big deal.

Dude was wrong and should have been arrested, but LEO thinks that can do whatever they want and get away with it. I wish more stuff would get caught on camera and released to the public just to show how much LEO awards bullies and egomaniacs.

Stupid cops - no surprises here.

They should take their frustration out on a stair master or treadmill. On second thought, heart disease or stroke is more fitting for those pigs.
