Default Building on Reno in Bricktown

What is (and who owns) that brick building on the north side of Reno (across the street from the UHaul building)? It looks like it could be a really nice building if it was fixed up, so I was wondering if anyone knew if there were plans in the works to renovate it and turn it into something. It looks like it would be a prime location for residential units.

It is part of the renovation of that entire block. Not sure if it has started yet though.

    Sorry.

I believe that building is owned by the Scaramucci's who are the owners of Nonna's.
