Okay, here we go in the early morning hours.

An elevated frontal boundary appeared from the SW all the way thru the central parts of the state toward the NE.

From now till around 9am (maybe longer), there is a chance for storms for much of the western and central portions of the state. Small hail may be possible.

Just got up, but still hella sleepy, so I will go back to bed after this, I think.

This storm system is still pushing to the east. The back end of the storms is now going thru the metro. Rich upper level moisture is still rushing in from the SW and filling up across the western half of the state. The frontal boundary that we had thru the metro is now well into SE portion of the state.

There is another storm system out in the west in New Mexico moving to the east. It will come thru the state late Saturday and clear out by Sunday.

For now, off and on showers throughout the day with a slight risk for the SE portion of the state (mainly small hail and wind).

The metro have seen anywhere from one to two inch of rain that fell this morning.



OG&E reports less power outages.
