New I-44 development??

Back in January, there was quite a bit of discussion about a pending announcement regarding development to be undertaken along I-44 in the SW 104th-SW 119th vicinity on the far SW side of OKC. Rumblings included such things as a possible Barnes and Noble, and possibly a Target or WalMart....

I've heard nothing of this, even though it seemed a formal announcement was "imminent." Anyone hear of anything substantive/confirmed?

i drive by that daily and see nothing going on and no signs, it would be nice to see a book store, and a grocery tore, this is really prime land for retail, i suprised its still empty, especially with all the traffic that has increased on i-44 these past 4 years heading to moore, newcastle far south okc.
