the greenway was just an idea thrown out there, its not their "plans" but could be. they are counting on the creative class to offer suggestions, personally I would like to see some residential highrises and offices mixed with alot of green areas.

metro, I'm with you. Park-like setting residential high rises is what we need.

In addition to thick green grass, having it offset with perfectly manicured flower beds and a variety of trees surrounding the green belt would be a great idea. I think the OU campus in Norman, Will Rogers Park, and even the Myriad Gardens provide good models.
