Thanks, metro, but I was actually hoping that some who frequent this thread but not others might have a little more info. I didn't see anything recent posted on those threads about an opening date except a couple mentions about it being March and we all know how these types of things go.

Perhaps if you had specific questions, we could give specific answers, although those 3 threads should have all the known info. I am in regular communication with the owners as are several other people on this site. The known current info has been posted in the main Sage thread. The speculation/estimated date of opening is still hopefully around the end of the month.

What exactly more are you wanting to know? Maybe we can try and find out.

Bravo, Sage is going to be an upscale organic market and cafe. The owners, Kevin and Charifra (sp?) Smith own the building and live upstairs. Expect the place to open up sometime this month. You can learn more by visiting their website at Sage Gourmet Cafe & Market.
