Default Walnut Square 240 & Penn

Is that a new Home Depot under construction?
If so, is the Home Depot on Shields closing?

if you're talking about the torn out section near the east end of the strip... no, i don't think so. not sure what it is going to be, but it seems far to small to be a home depot. i'd imagine a big box store would occupy the former slot of walmart on the west end.

I've got a friend who's a tenant in Walnut Square and he said that project fell through and Home Depot's not moving.

The plan was to tear down the center from the old Walmart space west including the strip that backs up to the golf course and build a new H.D. in that corner.
