Default The building on the SW corner of Walnut and NE 2nd

I believe it is called the Finley building or something like that. Does anyone know what it is used for? I would think that area would be perfect for a small market. It is surrounded by Deep Deuce, The Brownstones, The Brownstone Lofts and The Hill and Block 42 are within walking distance. Thoughts?

The group that is developing Maywood Park owns the Finley Building and all or most of the other property on the south side of 2nd Street on that block. I was told they have plans for another housing development of some sort there, and the plans will be announced sometime this summer. I was told that awhile ago, so don't know if it's still in the works.

I like the Finley Building. Hopefully they will reuse it.

Behind the Finley, to the south there is a smaller building right next to the bridge overlooking Bricktown. I noticed the other day some work was being done on it.
