Just thought I'd rub it in a little...

Some of you may know I recently got out of Active Duty and now serve in the Air National Guard.

It just so happens that a CMSgt (highest enlisted rank in the AF) in my unit is an Eischen. So, everyday I come in for duty, somethings grilling on his little George Foreman Grill. He cooks nearly everyday for the people in the unit, and while it's not the famous Eischen chicken, it's pretty darn good.

He's pretty cool. When I first arrived here he gave me a gift certificate for a free chicken at the bar. He's cooking something right now and it smells pretty good, although I don't know what it is.

Just for SNG's, I asked him if the family ever considered expanding to downtown and he said it probably wouldn't happen, but followed with "never say never".

Is the chicken fried or grilled?

There for awhile when I was taking my lunch to work to cut spending, I would buy chicken breast filets, season them with some lemon pepper, and grill them on my little george foreman.
