The Sieber Hotel apartments are opening next month. Eventually the Overholser Green condos/townhomes will get built as well the Osler gets developed into housing.

What about that big apartment building across the street from 1492? It's been vacant for a while. Any plans on refurbishing it?

That's the Osler. Banta project. It was offices in the past.
