I have a contact at CBRE and he told me they moved into their offices earlier this week.

Not really a fan of an open floor office environment like that in the fourth picture but the overall design is very nice.

It's pretty solid if you have a hybrid (work from home/in office) work schedule or have a bunch of contractors that can come if work there if they'd like to but aren't (and can't be) required to be in the office. If you aren't going to require that people be there every day, there's no need for everyone to have an office. But I agree if everyone is in the office full time.

Yeah, that does make sense in the modern work environment. My cubicle at the office is empty two days a week and that does seem a little silly.

    Yes, very nice.

Their Tulsa location though is much larger/nicer. I drove there for a deposition a couple of weeks ago.. wrong address/wrong location, but an impressive building.

I really like how it looks when you're traveling down 10th with the view of this building.

I got a chance to tour the CBRE offices a few weeks ago and it is very nicely finished out.

OKC is the HQ though, right?
    Oklahoma City, the RENAISSANCE CITY!
