The old one in Stillwater was turned into a Chipotle I believe...I expect they are doing the same in Norman.

Why do restaurants and other businesses seem to do so poorly on Lindsey street?

There are foodie and other places on W Lindsey have been in business for over 22 years. I'm fairly certain more than a few had been there a while while I came to town in 86.

Several others didn't last even 1/10 as long. This is likely to be more attributable to the capabilities and/or expectations of the operators than to the location, particularly given the long term success of others along that particular patch of asphalt.
