One Corporate Centre sells for $7.8 million

Chickasaw Nation Industries Inc. paid $7.8 million for One Corporate Centre at 2600 John Saxon Blvd.


Chickasaw Nation Industries purchased the building from NP Property One LLC.
About this same time last year, NP Property One LLC paid $4.2 million for the building.

Talk about a good profit.

Harcourt Publishing purchased Saxon Publishing and the property.

From what I understand, this is the former Saxon office building. The warehouse is still for sale or lease.

Chickasaw Nation Industries will occupy a majority of the building.

An attorney and Riskmetrics, who have long-term leases , will stay.
