Yesterday, the OKC Planning Commission approved the rezoning of a site at NW 16th and Broadway for a new Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen. It will be the first Oklahoma location for the chain.
Pappadeaux still owns 3 acres of land on the southeast corner of Memorial and Broadway and had filed plans to build at that location several years ago, then decided not to move forward.
The new location will be part of a new mixed-use project called Alley North that will stretch between NW 13th and NW 16th between Broadway and the railroad tracks. The property was formerly owned by Dolese.
