The Lively Hotel featuring the pool-level Cloud Puncher Bar will open September 19th. In advance of that, the newly routed NW 50th will also open to public traffic.
To follow in early October are Capital Grille, William Sonoma, Pottery Barn, Arhaus, and Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar and store.
The first phase of Residences at OAK will welcome its first move-ins in mid-October; the remainder will open late 2024 and early 2025.
Mesero hopes to open in late 2024.
RH Gallery delayed its start in order to incorporate the company’s newest store prototype and is now slated for a June 2025 open.
