  • Plans submitted for tallest tower

Formal plans have been submitted for approval for Boardwalk at Bricktown, which would include three 34-story hotel and residential towers, as well as Legends Tower for the 2nd phase, which if built would be the tallest building in the U.S. at 1,907 feet.

The Planning Commission will vote on 4/11 and if approved, the entire project could move forward. The developer has indicated the desire to start foundation work this summer.

Included in the most recent plans are massive LED advertising boards on all four sides of Legends Tower. Modern technology allows such displays to be see-through from the inside providing unobstructed views.
