The space will be near the center court on the ground level, wrapping around the new Paramount Jewelers. A&F also owns Hollister Co. which also recently returned to the mall. Other new stores include Urban Outfitters, Ann Taylor, and Free People Movement.
Penn Square continues to hold its own in terms of occupancy and traffic while shopping malls in general struggle to reinvent themselves to battle big-box and online retailers.
