Proprietors The Social Order (Jones Assembly, Fuzzy’s, Dave’s Hot Chicken) first opened the restaurant in 2021 at the northern edge of Scissortail Park.
Spark features burgers, Pink Fries (crinkle cut with garlic aioli and parmesan), and the popular Frozen Peach Club Special. Four additional flavors of frozen club specials will be served at this location.
Also, house-made custard which is made fresh daily.
Located in Chisholm Creek at 1332 W. Memorial, hours are 11 AM to 10 PM daily. A third Spark will open this summer at NW 63rd and Western in Nichols Hills.
