I am going to bet that location will be busy, especially with Oklahoma Christian building all those new dorms just a stone's throw away from there.

Does that make for four Starbucks in Edmond?

That does not suprise me because there are six on Northwest Expressway if you count the ones inside the Target stores.

Penn Square Mall
Target NW Expressway and May
NW Expressway and Independence
NW Expressway and Macarthur
NW Expressway and Rockwell
Target NW Expressway and Rockwell

I think Starbucks will eventually be like 7-11. No matter where your at in OKC your always within 3-5 minutes of a 7-11.

And I just noticed the other day, the short-lived Baskin Robbins at Danforth and Santa Fe is now a Starbucks.

I don't get Starbucks.. I love coffee but I just can't make myself pay (I don't even know what it is now) $4-$5 bucks for a cup of joe? I pay close to that for a Pound of coffee ... and make many, many, many cups of coffee.

I'm not cheap but it doesn't take a math whiz to figure out how quickly that adds up .. but, we all have our weaknesses.. it kills me to spend $8 bucks on Popcorn and a Diet Coke at the movies plus the ticket price of $6.75 but I do.. family of four.. that adds up too!

I just go there for the frappachino, but not very often.

A Starbucks will be built where the Carl's Jr. is currently located at 33rd & Broadway, once Carl's Jr. is torn down and rebuilt as part of the Shoppes on Broadway development.

Karried, I'm obliged to warn you that your EP (Edmond Princess) status is in serious trouble. I suggest you do five laps around Broadway and Boulevard in a Mercedes SUV while yapping on a cell phone, fixing your makeup and sipping a double-soy-non-fat-green-tea-latte as penance. We just can't tolerate non-conformists!

And you have to sell $1000 dollars worth of Arbonne.

Quail Springs or Tinseltown - stick a plastic bag in your purse or pocket. As soon as you leave the snack stand dump the popcorn and send one of the kiddos back for your free refill.

Does the Starbucks on Santa Fe and Danforth, near Kohl's make 8?
