Anyone know whats going in the old Yellow Tail location on Broadway in Edmond? Rumors are that it's a club.

I feel bad for a lot of those businesses on Broadway (In Edmond Jbrown) because they are horrible locations... hard to access, so in turn no one wants to eat there.

I am waiting to hear what we are getting at MacArthur & Memorial... by the Starbucks. I cant tell what it is...

I know it's Edmond. That doesn't answer my question, but I just recalled that this is the former Logan's Roadhouse/Santa Fe Steakhouse, etc location. The Marie Calendar's next to it only lasted about a year. It is a bad location. Anything south of 33rd is just tough to pull off.

I guess it could be a bank... it looks small though, like a fast food plot. hm...

Looks like the only location is in East Wichita. Seems to be a nice place, I wish 'em luck.

The Wichita location is very near my grandparents house. Right next to one of the Warren Theatres actually.

So I'm not clear, is this a new building or just the same one that's been a million things?

Same building, new attempt at profitability! Since I've been in Edmond it's housed Logans, Santa Fe Cattle Co, Yellow Tail and now Boltons. I need to get down there, but it's hard to get motivated with Fish City and Louie's within walking distance!

Tim, what do you think of Fish City? How do you think it's doing as well?

Bank of Oklahoma is building a bank branch on the corner of Memorial and Macarthur on the westside of Starbucks. Deaconess is building a family clinic on the east side of Starbucks. Comng soon signs are up on both of these properties.

Not too shabby, although being a Gulf Coast native, I'm reeeally picky on seafood.
The main reason I go back is the oysters on the half shell.
