I have never liked the word "resolution,' because resolutions are so easy to break. I like to use the word commitment, because I am committed to do these things in 2007.
1) Starting January 2nd, I will start taking some new medication that is suppose to help lower my cholestoral, and I will start eating healthier so that I can lose weight. This is a serious health matter, so this will have to happen.
2) I will be more sensitive to other peoples' needs.
3) I will spend more quality time with my family and enjoy our time together.
4) I will spend more time reading my Bible, and having a quiet time with God. I also want others to see Jesus in me.
5) I will pray more.
6) I will be a better listener instead of a talker.
7) I will continue to thank God for my job, and continue to give 110% to my employer.
8) I will exercise more.
9) I will continue to let my wife know how much I love her and how much I appreciate her being in life.
10) I will continue to let my children know how much I love them, and how proud I am of them.
11) I will spend more time with my parents.
The list goes on and on and on..........2007 will be a great year.
I WILL keep these commitments for 2007.
