I am looking for a 50's style diner or something along those lines for a photo shoot. I there anything like that around here?

Pete 12-16-2006, 05:47 PM How about Ann's Chicken Fry on 39th? http://www.theroadwanderer.net/66Oklahoma/images/OKAnnsChickFryNeon2.jpg http://www.theroadwanderer.net/66Oklahoma/images/OKAnnsChickenFryDoll.jpg There is also Sid's diner in Yukon & Moore and I believe they both have 50's decor. And there is this place in Norman: Classic 50's Drive In (http://classic50sdrivein.com/) metro 12-16-2006, 08:44 PM In Weatherford there is also a new route 66 diner that opened up. Ann's is probably your best bet in the metro that I can think of. Also Grateful Bean in Midtown might be a good look for a photo shoot. That's more along the lines of what I'm looking for. Sorry I wasn't very clear. Definitely more old-timey without being gimmicky. scotplum 12-18-2006, 10:37 AM How about Ann's Chicken Fry on 39th? http://www.theroadwanderer.net/66Oklahoma/images/OKAnnsChickFryNeon2.jpg http://www.theroadwanderer.net/66Oklahoma/images/OKAnnsChickenFryDoll.jpg There is also Sid's diner in Yukon & Moore and I believe they both have 50's decor.
