I would be willing to put Brown's Bakery to the test.

I've actually never been there. Tell us more.

I'd put Gaillardia's Oatmeal Raisin cookies up against anything. They have a French Pastry Chef from France make them, they are amazing! Only downside is that Gaillardia is a uber exclusive country club.

I love the snickerdoodles at Eileen's in Edmond. So yummy and addictive. So addictive in fact I swear they have crack in them. :tiphat:

Now there's a reasonable man! I love Subway's cookies, the ones that are dark chocolate colored. About 3 for a dollar, you cannot beat that anywhere and they are KILLER.

And someone tell that arrogant, uppity French Pastry chef from France to kiss my Oklahoma derriere.

I love the white macadamia nut cookies from subway, but only if they're really fresh. if they've sat there for a while, they're gross.

i'm a chocolate chip/chocolate chocolate chip guy, but i usually make my own when i'm in the moode for cookies. i may not be a french pastry chef... but i always bake them the way i like them.

i've bought bread but haven't bought cookies from big sky... will definitely have to stop by. (for both!)

i've gone to ruth's sweet justice on north may a few times and have been rarely disappointed with their cookies.

i bet you pay a buck, tops for one of those cookies. you should be laughing at us. -M

Soft, chewy, and big (3-4" diameter). Baked fresh daily. With or without walnuts, they have another flavor but I can't get past the walnut/chocolate. Big Sky also offers various fruit breads if you want an alternative to "fruit cake"

Agree with McLarens' No Bake
The Red Velvet Bakery in Edmond at Coltrane and Second. She makes an incredible melt away.

501 Cafe in Edmond has great cookies. The CC is to die for.

N-D Foods on 50th and Western in OKC has the best selection of cookies in town. Little known place of greatness.

I also love the peanut butter one with chocolate drizzled on top. That is one of the first things I eat after Lent is over.

Oh GAWD the Smell!

I love the cookies at the Saturn Grill. The flavor is more subtle than some of the above mentioned cookies, but I think they're excellent.
