The East Village website has extensive information but I cannot find any prices or contact information. http://www.eastvillagenorman.com

Here is a rendering of the front of one of the buildings from that website:

and of the complex:

The Norman economic development site has a lot of information:

Miller is working in collaboration with country singer Toby Keith on the project.

At a cost of $120,000 to $160,000 per unit, apartment and loft apartment condos will range from 900 to 1,300 square feet. There are 20 floor plans available.

There are two floor plans available for townhouses. At a cost of $185,000 to $190,000 per unit, each unit has about 1,600 square feet.

"We've sold 80 of the 139 (residential units), and that's including 75 condos and five town homes," Miller said. "It will be pre-sold before we get it up."

It looks like an impressive project.

Anyone notice this lately? The first large building seems close to completion, and there's already a "ice cream a treatery" shop located on the ground floor.

Also, I think the CVS coming in at the corner will be convenient and attract a good bit of business.

It sure is taking some time to finish it. Is this one of the projects owned by Toby Keith and Barry Switzer?

wow....I had no idea that was going in. I saw earthwork being done the other day and wondered what the heck was going on.
