That's a great list of a good variety of movies. I doubt I've watched that many movies in a lifetime though!

Hmmm...for favorite movies. I'd have to say mine is Patch Adams. Of course, I have to say that since I'm in medical school! Na! I'd like it even if I weren't in med school. It really paints a picture of what is so desparately needed in medicine today: compassion and a strengthened doctor/patient relationship! Still too often in society patients are treated as numbers or diseases. But hopefully this is changing. In my first two years of medical school at OU, our training really stressed treating patients as people, and not as diseases. I can't count how many hours we spent on interviewing skills and proper etiquette.
