This may sound strange, but I actually like the frozen Lasagnas from Wal-Mart. I very seldom get one made from scratch, so maybe I am just used to the frozen kind.

The frozen ones are pretty good...but never as good as home cooked.
Someday when I get my kitchen back up and running I'll start cooking at home.

I would imagine...just like everything else now you could find a good recipe online.

It's what I do..LOL. But to be serious here my brother in law is the best cook and has some good recipes and in fact my buddy has some good ones from his grandmother who came right over from italy. I could ask them if ya really want some.

That would be good... i know there are alot of recipe sites online, however they seem to be unnecessarily complicated when really i just need something simple.

Deal..
I am the same way, I really dont have time to create a big meal, so the simpler the better for me. between work and the house I dont even sit to eat alot of times.

Email me at ts_clinton@hotmail.com and I will give you grandpa Gino's recipe. I cannot put it out on the web in fear that I might be excommunicated from the family.
