I had heard that HInes was planning to rebuild almost exactly what was originally planned, but there hasn't been any forward movement in a while. Part of that may be due to the still-pending litigation.

So, it's a drive-thru spot. It isn't a Starbucks; I wonder who wants to be in this area?

Not sure I understand the question. Yes, that is exactly where this land is, directly South of the Ellison. The building does not exist yet.

honestly with some of the recent density that has been built or is coming to the area, this seems like a poor use of this piece of land. mostly parking for another drive-thru coffee shop thats just a couple blocks from starbucks. would have loved to see something a little less suburban!
