Design application for a carry-out-only place to be constructed on an empty lot at 2416 N. Western, just north of O'Reilly Auto Parts.

Don't know about the operator or food type.

According to google, cha is korean word used for tea.

"The basic word for “tea” in Korean is 차 (cha). It can also be called 티 (ti), which is the Konglish version of the word. The word 차 (cha | 茶) is derived from Chinese and is used to describe various types of tea, including green tea (녹차, nokcha), black tea (홍차, hongcha), and herbal teas (허브차, heobeucha)."
